ALROSA to sell gas assets via auction on February 19

MOSCOW, Dec 25 (PRIME) -- Raw diamond mining giant ALROSA plans to hold an auction to sell its gas assets on February 19, 2018 with an initial price of 30 billion rubles, the company said in a statement on Monday.

The company will offer 100% stakes in Maretiom Investments Limited and Velarion Investments Limited, owning 100% in Geotransgaz and Urengoi Gas Company.

Bids will be collected from Tuesday through Friday.
